It's amazing how many of us work for someone that doesn't care if their paying you a decent living wage. They are so greedy and only are thinking about themselves, they throw you a bone once in a while as a reward for your outstanding service. They never taught us in school that word job means "just over broke".
Everyone knows you go into business to make a profit and things have to get done in order to do that. But everyone I ever worked for never wanted to share in the wealth and I don't blame them, after all , myself and fellow coworkers where just ingrates and should shut up and work a little harder to stay ahead of the competition. Gee's what was I thinking of!
There are many people making great money, have a good career and would not change a thing. What about the rest of us that see these better lifestyles and live from week to week? If your in a dead end job that is really starting to stink, it's time to motivate and take control of your life! I know for a fact you can change any bad situation into a better one, it may take a little time, but is very possible.
I worked for a real nut job, whose son had the worst temper you've ever seen! They wanted you to walk around as if you were in prison and they were the wardens. The sad thing was they had a top notch crew who could take the pressure of a dangerous job, but not a hot headed silver spoon that was clueless. Raises were far and few between and we all started leaving one by one. We should never be unappreciated or anyone's doormat, let alone under paid!
In this time of uncertainty, it's hard to be patience, but we must realize we are just in the beginning of change. We need to slow our minds down and take a good look at our possibilities. So many are looking for something to relieve their financial burden, something that really works and put you on the path to securing a better future and creating more financial freedom.
I was very lucky to find a genuine company that provided the tools and training skills that pushed me into a six figure income in less than a year. I have looked at just about every single company on the internet imaginable.
