In fact, children as young as six or seven have been spotted with tiny little breakouts and there are men and women in their mid forties still experiencing the drama that goes along with trying to have clear skin.
For most, it seems like no matter what they do, they can never have the perfect skin that they truly want. They often look at magazine covers and the TVs., and see what perfectly healthy clear skin all the models and actors have.
If the truth were to be told, most of that is simply excellent makeup work and computer airbrushing to give the individual the look that they want. Let's face it, we are all human and we all at some point in our lives will deal with acne.
Tackling The Problem
It is a fact of life that try as hard as you might, it is near impossible to resolve an acne problem 100%. While there are some pretty heavy prescription only medications that are available via a dermatologist, these treatments are generally reserved only for people who are suffering from the worst cases.
These medications are strong and have harmful side effects. Therefore they are tightly controlled and are not just given to everyone who hates having pimples.
Avoiding Acne Altogether
If you are not one of the unlucky people who suffer from extreme acne problems, then the best thing that you can do is to look for an over the counter product that works well for you and keep up on that. Make sure that you follow the directions and wash your face properly.
1:Avoid touching your face, as the dirt and excess oil can be transferred to your face when you touch it, this might well cause more acne.
Also, stop stressing about your pimples because it has been proven that stress is a major reason why some people get acne. Drink plenty of water and eat healthy foods and before you know it, you will begin to see a lot of changes in your skin.
