Look only for those that clearly state that no harmful chemicals or equipment that can harm the environment have been used during the toys manufacture.
Another thing to be aware of when buying a wooden toy is what paints have been used on it in order to decorate it. Those that are organic should be toys, which have paints made from only natural ingredients, pigments or colors. Often you will find on the label that the paint is being described as lead free and therefore is much safer for them to handle than others.
If however you are considering buying your child any kind of soft toy and something that all young baby's love to have. Then again you need to be aware that sometimes although the materials may be natural chemicals could have been used during the manufacturing process to help preserve and protect the material and the stuffing inside. So again it is important that you read the label carefully and research the product that you are interested in as much as possible.

Not only will you find information and advice that can help you determine which toys are organic and which ones are not. But you will also find sites that are selling these products and often a price much less than you would have to pay in a toy or children's store.
