Keep to one to two 15 minute routine each day. For strength training, all you need is a couple of barbells. Working out with barbells can result in your abdominal muscles working harder.

Do not fall into the trap of thinking crunches and sit-ups can target your belly fats. They are not able to. The fact is that although these exercise can cut down on your overall body fats, they just cannot target any part of your body fat specifically.

To blast your belly fat, you need to do more than just eat healthily and exercise regularly. In fact, having proper stress management and quality sleep are very important too. If you are able to throw all these ingredients and mixed them together with your consistent commitment, you will definitely be able to lose those belly fat.
