New Ohio Laser Warehouse Increases Laser Cutting Offerings

Ohio Laser LLC, a leading laser cutting company in the United States, increases the size of its manufacturing facility from 19,000 to 30,000 sq ft. The company plans to enlarge its space by another 4,000 sq ft. in the future, eventually giving Ohio Laser a 34,000 sq ft. facility at its Plain City, Ohio location.

With the addition of this new warehouse, Ohio Laser will offer large quantities of metal stock in a wide assortment of thicknesses. Ohio Laser averages now over 1,000,000 pounds of various materials in stock. With Ohio Laser's strong vendor relationships, it's able to store a large inventory of the most common alloys including:
Square, rectangular and round tubes through 4 inches in diameter up to inch wall thickness in stainless and carbon steel.

In terms of laser cutting capabilities, the company features a 6000 Watt Trumpf TruLaser 5040 system that can laser cut aluminum to 5/8 inches, carbon steel to 1 inch and stainless steel to 1 inch. Ohio Laser can do laser cutting at super-fast axially parallel speeds of up to 7874 inches per minute and simultaneous speeds of up to 11811 inches per minute.
Another benefit of the TruLaser 5040 system is that it is able to perform laser cutting of sheets up to 80" x 160" and that weigh as much as 3968 pounds, permitting the production of longer and wider parts.
The Trumpf TruLaser 5040 even features a self-loading and unloading unit that increases output by reducing production time.
