My parents often told me it would stunt my growth but my dad did give in often and let me have a small cup.

The smell of coffee can improve a person's mood any time of the day. That is good news for those who have a tough day ahead of them. It can also give them more energy as their body is stimulated due to the aroma of the coffee. It is much more than just caffeine that will get you through that long afternoon stretch. There has been some research to indicate that drinking coffee helps individuals to focus as well as to retain information.

There is research to indicate that drinking coffee while studying can help you to retain the information faster too. I can smile, drink my coffee, and tell them all the good things I am doing for my body just by drinking it. There is no way I am giving up my coffee so I am glad to hear it isn't as terrible for me as some people portray it to be!
