An Adjustable Bed: Sweet Dreams Galore

Some people can go to sleep anywhere-on a a hard chair, a concrete floor, bare ground, a camp cot. Their ability to nap on a less than comfortable surface is enviable, especially to those for whom a good night's sleep on even a high end mattress is still illusive. If you are one of those people, it may be that a normal bed with a traditional spring mattress is not the best option for you.
An adjustable bed is an electric bed that lets you raise and lower your head, feet, and legs to the position that is most relaxing for you. And since people sleep, read, and watch television in various positions, an adjustable bed can be preset to assume each position when the correct button is pressed. Being able to sleep in the ideal position for you means less tossing and turning and a more restful night. And if you have circulation problems, an adjustable bed even allows you to sleep with your feet elevated above the level of your heart.
Another feature of adjustable bed is the ten speed massage. Nothing beats a massage for distressing at bedtime. The massage feature automatically shuts off after thirty minutes, and the bed returns to the previous position.
When paired with a memory foam mattress, no other bed can promise a more perfect night's sleep. The Tempur-Pedic mattresses use a dense polyurethane foam invented by NASA as a means of reducing pressure during launch. This unique material prevents pressure build up on any one part of the body, a hazard of spring mattresses. Activated by temperature, the mattress moulds automatically to the shape of your body, cradling it with no gaps. Your body weight is evenly distributed.
If a restful sleep on a regular basis, an adjustable bed may be the answer. After all, when you consider how long you are in bed every day, it pays to be as comfortable as possible.
