Millions of Americans are torn regarding our war efforts. I listen to left wingers talk about how we’re fighting an unnecessary battle in Iraq. A war that should have and could have been prevented. Hmm, tell that to the guys who maliciously attacked our Big Apple. Oh wait; don’t even bother, because there’s no way they’d ever listen to you. They only have one thing in mind and they go after it. There’s no reasoning involved here. The only thing we could/can do is retaliate. For those who fail to understand this, let me make it simple. An aggressor assaults you on the street. You can either fight back and try to survive or you can let him kill you. I choose to fight back. Unfortunately running away is not always an option. But luckily our country is filled with great men and women who’re willing to raise the bar and fight for what’s important. Freedom isn’t free! It never was and it never will be. Are you ready to support our troops? They’re the ones keeping you safe.
It’s funny when you listen to wealthy individuals in the public eye. Whether it’s actors, musicians, athletes, or just business moguls. I’m often shocked when they discourage our war efforts. They ramble on about what should be done and how fighting is bad. However, you never once see them do anything productive that actually keeps this great nation safe from harm. They sit in their fancy homes, playing with their expensive toys, eating the finest foods and drinking the finest wines, but they never assist. It’s a joke! With all the cash they have, they could support our troops and do something for the greater good. They wouldn’t have the wonderful possessions they have if our soldiers weren’t protecting them from terrorism.
Even elementary schools support our troops by raising money to buy food and gifts to be sent over. They recently did this in my neck of the woods for Easter. This is awesome! Now you now if children can find ways to support our troops, you certainly can too. Buy a few magnet ribbons for your vehicle and express how much you support our troops. They need all the support they can get.
