When choosing between the Wii and the PS3, there are a variety of factors that should be taken into consideration. The two prime factors to consider when buying any gaming console are the quality of the hardware and the system's online plans.

To compare the Wii and PS3 gaming systems, two strong factors to consider are the basic hardware of the system and online capabilities. The basic controls of the Wii are extraordinarily innovative compared to any other system on the market currently, although the system is lacking in terms of processing power. This new and unique controller gives the Wii a large advantage over the PS3 system. Additionally, the controller provides the advantage of a new challenge, even for seasoned gamers that the PS3 does not provide.
