Edible Wedding Favors - Give the Best

A favorite at many wedding receptions edible wedding favors will always please the vast majority of guests. If you cannot make up your mind about whether they should be sweet or savory, you can guarantee it will be the sweet variety that gets the 'big thumbs up'. Of course if you want to make it simple, then stick to a regular chocolate bar, perhaps with a specially created outer wrapper.

I haven't come across many people that won't eat chocolate in any of its varieties especially if it has a special flavored center. Many people may eat the chocolate at the wedding but will probably keep any packaging that it comes in, as a souvenir.

Some brides and grooms may even decide to have their pictures on the wrapper along with their names and the wedding date. Tins filled with candy are another option for brides and grooms who want to give out edible wedding favors. By having the date, time and location of the wedding on the candy tin it makes it something that the guest will want to keep.

The guests might eat the candy as soon as the wedding is over but they can still keep the candy tin with them as a sweetreminder of the wedding; they can actually store other small things like change, rubber bands, sewing needles, and anything that can fit the tin.Candy will probably remain a favorite edible wedding favor for some time because it s so popular.

People that cannot make up their minds how to present the candy should consider placing it decorative bowl n the center of the table. You can also supply a small themed container on the table for every wedding guest. The guests can fill the containers with some of the candy from the centerpiece at the end of the evening.

Although not as popular as other edible wedding favors, cookies can have just as much appeal when they are presented properly. Using plain cookies keeps the cost down because they will look best in a presentation box possibly designed especially for the day.

Another way to use cookies as wedding favors is to have them displaying a photo of the couple. Cookies can be baked in a variety of shapes so all that needs to be done is to supply a picture for them to imprint. With the variety of teas and coffees available these days, there is no reason why these cannot be the edible wedding favors used by the couple.

You can select specialty cocoas, teas or coffees or you can have the packaging customized to include your picture, an appropriate quotation, poem or other message related to loves and weddings. A picture and other wedding information can also be placed on the box or container because it adds that touch of individuality. These are just a few gift ideas for your guests, I'm sure you can think of more if these do not interest you.
