Earn a Passive Income, Using the Internet and MLM

If you are considering ways to supplement or replace your current job income, you are no doubt confused by the thousands of options available to you. Do you have a job in your company's payroll department? You could start your own payroll service. Maybe you are a sales representative for your company. In the bestselling book, The Cashflow Quadrant, by Robert Kiyosaki, we learn that both employees and self-employed people are in a similar predicament. That is, they both are limited by the amount of time that they can work. And nobody can work seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
Kiyosaki goes on to show that business owners and investors have incomes that don't necessarily require exchanging time for money. How is this done? Put simply, they have systems in place to leverage other people's skills, efforts and time.
These systems create passive income for the business owner or investor, even if they are not physically at the business location. In fact, good systems can create income 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with little or no interaction from the owner.
A key concept to wealth building is learning how to make money work for you, instead of you working for money. Some people choose residential and commercial real estate to create this type of income. This works extremely well, assuming you have access to credit lines. You will also need to have large amounts of liquid cash for down payments and reserves.
