3.Use a neutral shoe cream. Apply a thin coating on the whole surface of the boots and brush or rub it with a shoe brush or a rag until it begins to shine.
4. If you want it more shiny, apply another thin coat of wax over it especially onto the areas that look dull. Polish it off again with a brush until you get the shine you want
