Since 1996, Jesse Cannone has devoted his life to helping people reach their fitness goals. He is especially interested in the rehabilitation of people who've suffered things like stroke and Parkinson's disease, so in the process, Jesse has become quite the expert in back pain treatment. He founded The Healthy Back Institute, he has also authored several publications to help people with both pain and fitness issues.

Jesse Cannone's contributions include many websites and magazines, two of which include eDiets.com and "Men's Fitness". He's the author of "Burn Fat Fast" and the "Lose the Back Pain System", and he also puts out a bi-monthly newsletter called "Get Healthy and Fit News".

Jesse hasn't always been a fitness fanatic. In fact, the only reason he began body building was to help with his poor self esteem. It didn't take any time before he was hooked on fitness and wanted to share his passion with others. After getting certified, Jesse took a job at a local gym as a personal trainer, and then later he sold informative books and audio fitness products.

After topping out in the gym trainer career path, Jesse Cannone decided to venture out on his own. Unfortunately, this was only days before the Tragedy of September 11th happened. All but one of Jesse's regular clients left. He was left with minimal income and maxed out credit cards. As luck would have it, the book "Multiple Streams of Income" was knocking as Jesse's door.

Jesse didn't have a business background, but after reading the book, he decided to take the plunge with a $5,000 how-to course. He knew he needed to find money fast because he had a wife and seven children to feed. His plunge did the trick, and he never looked back. Now he has many successful businesses.

Jesse's advice to others is to do what you love! You'll never reach your full potential, and you'll never truly be happy if your days are spent doing something that doesn't light a fire in your heart. Maybe you just haven't found your passion yet? Jesse didn't start in fitness. It's something that grew over time. Follow your heart to find your passion.

Doing what you love means doing something fun. Just because Jesse enjoys fitness doesn't mean he enjoys walking on a treadmill. Almost anyone would consider that boring. Fitness involves so much more like mountain biking, roller blading, or boating. Perhaps your passion is helping others? If so, don't get a boring desk job at your local community center. Find something that lets you get your hands dirty, so to speak.

If you stop looking at your problems as problems, and instead look at them as challenges, you'll do yourself a world of good. It doesn't matter whether your problem is getting fit or finding your passion, you have to see it as a solvable challenge, not an obstacle. Change your perception and educate yourself so you can live your life to its fullest potential!
