Da Hip Hop Witch Project is a scary but comic parody film of The Blair Witch Project. The plot involves five white kids, who get lost whilst looking for the witch. The movie stars Eminem, Stacii Jae Johnson and Vanilla Ice. The comedy drama film, Hip Hop 4 Life is about a young man called Devon, who wants to break into a professional music career. He has to contend with relationship problems on the way. Q-Nice plays the lead and Michael Bell Sr is Mr. Lincoln, Devon’s father. Fans of hip hop videos will enjoy the story and the music.
Snow is a Canadian performer, mostly known for a number one hit single, called Informer. The Canadian scene was slow to start but made up for lost time, largely aided by Snow. The 1993 video, 12 Inches of Snow is a collection of his songs, including Informer. Other tracks include Girl, I’ve Been Hurt and Runaway.
Some of the biggest stars can be seen in Death Row - Uncut, a good example of behind the scenes hip hop videos. The emphasis is on gangsta rap and there is live footage of Snoop Doggy Dog, Dr. Dre and Tupac Shakur. The stars give interviews and there are unrated, previously unreleased and classic videos.
