Stress is the emotional and physical response that is caused by our response to pressure from the outside world. There is also what is known as stress balls which can be used to help you deal with stress, and which are available all around the world. Stress balls are very popular especially because they can be brought basically anywhere, even into the workplace which is where most people experience the majority of their stress.

Stress balls are one of the most effective tools available for relieving stress. They are small, malleable toys whose purpose is to be squeezed in order to help relieve stress and calm and relax the person.

There are literally thousands of different forms and sizes of stress balls available on the market today and which you can purchase, but there is also the option of learning how to make stress balls.

How to Make Stress Balls

The first step in learning how to make stress balls is to get yourself a small round balloon, and then blow it up until it is about 5 inches around. Do not tie it, but instead pinch the top of the balloon about an inch from the hole, and then place a small funnel inside the opening of the balloon while pinching it shut with your fingers.

The next step in learning how to make stress balls is to fill the top of the funnel with cornstarch, then let go of the balloon slowly to let the cornstarch slide into the balloon. You want to continue adding cornstarch into the balloon until the balloon is filled about 3 inches high, and then tie the balloon closed. Now you can decorate the stress ball with stickers or permanent markers to your liking. This is all the steps to learning how to make stress balls.
