Virtual marriage has become the latest craze on the Net. When the Internet was new the first thing that caught like wildfire was chatting. People discovered the fun of talking to each other in real time across the continents and many got addicted to it. Then you got the web cams followed by the social networks. The Internet brought a bouquet of communication fun that most people enjoyed because it was easy, inexpensive and indeed a lot of fun.

Even though this type of marriage has no legal standing it can create a lot of disturbance in marital life. Time will only say whether this will stay as fun or become a menace in the future.
