Step #1

The Second Step
This is the key step in this "investigative" technique - you are going to discover exactly who is the owner of every phone number on the list you just made.
It's easy to find out information on someone when all you have is their phone number. You need to use what is called a "reverse phone search" - this lets you find out anyone's name, address and even background information when all that you know about them is their phone number.
How is this done? There are companies that buy pay money so that they can have access to all phone records (including unlisted and cell phone number) - they then put together databases that have information for every phone number. You can go online and search for info on a phone number whenever you need to and the person's information gets displayed on your computer screen right away.
It's no surprise that these companies charge a fee when you use a search, but it isn't anything expensive. My recommendation is to find a company that offers unlimited searches for a flat one-time fee. There are a few that offer this which makes it a lot cheaper than having to pay for each individual search.

You guessed it - you are going to run a search on every phone number on your list. As you are doing this make sure to write down the information you uncover for each one next to the number.
Step #3
Now you are left with a list of all the names of the people your spouse has been chatting with. Knowing exactly who your spouse has been communicating with makes it easy to see if something "fishy" is going on.
Take a glance at the list you have made and look for anything that looks out of the ordinary. Since you have the name and background information of everyone your partner has been talking to, anything suspicious will jump off the page.
