2. Expect differences in opinions - Your juniors shouldn't feel like their creativity is being supressed in your workplace. If they are being watched constantly by the seniors, it could stifle their creativity. If you dont want your organization to head in the wrong direction then it is definately time for a change.

Another important factor in making sure that your organization is as creative as it should be is to provide your employees with the right tools to be creative. Provide notebooks, and white boards to get their juices flowing in brainstorming sessions. Continuously writing notes can help with creativity by increasing retention of ideas. It can also give ideas to build on later.

Having fun in the workplace is a must. There are so many employees today that complain that meetings are too long, or too boring, how can you expect them to be creative in this atmosphere. By bringing fun into the meeting room is just one of the many ways you can create some creativity in your business.

You should always be finding new ways to implement creativity in your organization. Why not look for new ways for your employees to do the same daily jobs. You could change the way they organize the office or even the way they answer the telephone.
