PDA Call Phone Case Can Provide Security

   By: Jerry Gilders

PDA Cell Phone Case Combines Security And Comfort

When PDAs first became a must have item for busy executives, they were generally attached to different cases for their PDAs and their cell phones. With today's personal data assistants also incorporating cell phones, a PDA cell phone case can be all they need to carry. Still, many people rely on their old cell phone that is not integrated with their phone and have to carry protective cases for both devices. With this in mind, some manufacturers have developed a PDA cell phone case as one case with a separate compartment for each device.

With the need for separate devices, due to their job requirements or their budget having two distinctively different cases hanging of a person's belt can present a bulky experience and in some instances can be downright uncomfortable. While a single PDA cell phone case may be thicker and somewhat bulkier than a single device case can be, they are considerably more convenient and less intrusive than having to carry two different cases.

Unfortunately, many of the PDA cell phone cases are designed for a specific brand PDA and cell phone and unless the user has the model for which they are designed that may not fit into the PDA cell phone case as designed.

Combing Compartments Make Them User-Friendly

With the PDA cell phone case that has separate pockets for each unit, the convenience of having both items readily available is combined with providing the protection they require. In some of the cases, the front pocket will hold the cell phone, easily accessible for quickly answering a call while the PDA rests comfortably in a back compartment, closer to their body. Access to the PDA, sometimes restricted by a zipper or a snap, should not be a big issue in needing to get to it as fast the phone when it rings.

For the handhelds that also work as a phone, a single compartment PDA cell phone case will suffice and with many phones being equipped with Bluetooth wireless technology the user can make calls and answer their phone through the wireless headset without having to take the phone out of the PDA cell phone case.

This can come in handy if the user forget and leaves the unit in their briefcase or in a jacket pocket resting on the backseat of their vehicle. With the wireless headset they can still use their phone, even if the handheld is inside the PDA cell phone case in another part of the car or office.
