No one wants an aggressive dog, but unfortunately there are many owners who raise their dogs to become aggressive without even realizing it. If you believe that your dog is capable of attacking another dog or human, then you need to keep firm control of them at all times whenever you are out in public. Keep your dog on a leash, and use a muzzle if you are afraid of them biting. 4. Praise, Don't Punish Your Dog

Dogs are incredibly affectionate and loyal and they live to please their owners. That is why treating them with love and and praising them when they are good instead of punishing them when they are bad is how to treat aggressive dog behavior. If you punish them, you do nothing more than teach them to be anxious and afraid, which in turn leads to aggressive behavior.
