Anxiety can be beaten, the first step is accepting that it is real and that you are in control of it and you can beat it when you decide to deal with it rather than running away from everything and everyone that causes you anxiety. No one else will be able to see your inner fear and there is no reason you ever need to let them know your feelings.

It is easy when you are suffering from anxiety attacks to just give in to the fear and give up on your social life. You must stay positive, remember than anxiety does not have to rule your life and you can recover from it.
