As we get older we often find that our bodies aren't working quite as well as they once did. One of the most common complaints I hear is people start to encounter problems with memory.
Lots of people suffer memory loss, or a blurred memory.They find big events are easily recalled but when they come to remember more detail it all seems a bit foggy.
I was quite suprized to learn that memory loss doesn't just happen to those who are getting older. Memory loss can occur at any time of your life, even youngsters forget stuff. Sometimes in our busy every day schedules things just skip our minds from time to time.
One thing I personally experience quite often is something simple like where I have put my car keys or that letter I put in a safe place a couple of days ago.
If it's only the odd ocassion we tend to laugh it off saying things like I was just to busy or I wasn't thinking at the time. But if it happens more often it could be more serious and might warrant investigation.
