For many years now it has been suspected that a person who diet is high in proteins and purines a substance that helps to make up our genetic structure. Pick one thing that is bad for you and start off by reducing then removing it from your diet completely. Once you have conquered one food then you can move onto the next one, you need to make lifestyle changes rather than just changing your diet a little for a week or two.
You can reduce your gout attacks and the severity of them over time just by making changes to your diet and increasing your water intake. These dietary changes will not only help reduce your gout pain they will also help you feel better in yourself. Constant pain of gout is something that will affect your way of living and you can improve this dramatically just by a few simple changes in eating habits.
