Disney Cruise Deal 7 Tips
Robbie Claus
1. Most importantly you should always deal with a professional who is also a Cruise Specialist. They will have more access to get better pricing for your Disney Cruise Deal. If you shop around and ask friends, you may become disappointed that their advice isn't your idea of your dream cruise vacation. The advice they give may end up costing you more than you bargained for.
2. Location does matter. For those who may have a problem with seasickness, you will want to be as midship as you can get to feel less movement than other parts of the ship. And the size of your cabin will also play a big part in how much your cruise vacation costs you. Inside cabins with no windows will always be the least expensive alternative. But if you like knowing if it is day or night outside, then you would want at least an ocean view cabin. Sometimes you will find it best to pay for a balcony cabin for your best comfort. These will be at a higher cost in money but if that's what makes you happy and you can still remain within your budget than you should go for it.
3. Magical Rates during off peak times. Yes, you can get a deal on Disney cruises but you must be flexible and not travel when the most popular times to travel are to get the best deals. Of course we are talking about Disney Cruise Line and with that most of you will be taking along the kids. And most kids are in school and tend to get holidays off. Well then my advice to you is, expect to pay top dollar and book as early as possible. But for those of you with little ones and can travel during off peak times such as January, early February, May, late August-October, and even parts of Nov and Dec that aren't holiday weeks and can book your cruise at least 3-6 months in advance can get yourself a good deal on a Disney cruise.
4. Onboard credits will give you extra money to spend while on your Disney cruise. These offers are usually given as an incentive to book within a time frame so you must be able to put your money down in order to confirm these. Shipboard credits will usually be between $25-$50 per cabin and can be used for all your purchases aboard the ship. You can't get money back for these but you can certainly find places to spend your new found money!!
5. Other discounts such as resident and military are sometimes available for select sailings. Always remember to ask if any of these apply to the dates you have picked.
6. For those of you who are considering a Land and Sea Package- This means that you will spend part of your time on the Disney Cruise and the other part at Disney World. Sometimes it ends up costing less to book these as two separate vacations. Have your Cruise Specialist figure out the cost both ways to see which would work out to be the better deal. Most times it is actually less expensive to book these separately.
7. As a special cost saving tip for families of 5-you have options to save money by booking 2 connecting cabins as opposed to a more expensive Deluxe Family Stateroom. You would not only save money but you would gain a bathroom and more privacy.
Disney Cruises are prolific with all that you've come to adore and expect from the Master of Animation. For all your http://www.dealsforcruises.com/ Disney Cruise Deals Disney Cruise Deals as well as first hand experience of the Disney cruise lines and sailings, Robbie Claus is a cruise specialist.
