Panama Foundation Benefits (private Intereset Foundation)

In this day and age, you can't just put money in a bank account under your name and expect it to be safe all the time. Why is that? Think about it, everyday many couples get divorced and people are sued for minor details so someone can get rich quick. Bank accounts are easily freezable by judges who have the slightest idea that you may run and then you have no money to defend yourself at all. So how can you protect your assets from being frozen by your enemies and judges?

To start out with, you should put all your assets under the name of a bearer share foundation that you create in Panama. This is a pretty common practice that will keep your assets anonymous. Next, you need to have this corporation owned by a private foundation. This is also not that difficult to do in Panama, though it will cost extra money and that is why it is not recommended for everyone. Now you may think that you are not in a lot of trouble now. But if someone has your number, chances are they will bring the matter to the top sooner or later. This may mean that your wife will try to sue you for half, or more, of everything you own. If she has any clue that you own assets and can link you to them, you will have to turn them over even if they are stored in Panama.

* You get sued for some reason or another. Lets not worry about the why or who is at fault for now.

* Finally, you are out a good deal of money for something you may or may not have done. These lawyers don't care if you are guilty or not, few do these days, as long as they win.

So what is the best way to keep this from happening? Simple, cut off all ties with the foundation and your assets by appointing someone else to do it for you. This person could be named the protector, or beneficiary, of your account and will have his name on secret documents stating that he can use your assets in whatever way he sees fit.
