If you do not feel like wandering aimlessly, around the mall searching for the woman of your dreams then take a sit in one of the cafe's and watch them walk by instead.
2. Library - Yes, this is a great place to meet girls at without it actually costing you anything other than coffee after you have got talking to them. The great thing about the library whether it be a public or college one is usually there are more girls in there than there are boys.
3. Coffee Shops - These are ideal places for men to meet women and a chance meeting can take place at any time of the day. If you happen to wander past a coffee shop and see a girl, you like sitting all on her own then why not go in grab and coffee and sit down beside her (but ask her first). Then hopefully you can start a conversation up with the girl in question and end up getting that all important date.
4. At Work - This is the most likely place that a person is going to meet someone who they would like to spend a considerable amount of time with. The great thing about this place is that although initially the girl may not want to know you by just regularly saying hello to her each day will soon hopefully win her over and you can then ask her out on a date. Plus through working together, you may find that you are able to get to know her better without any time constraints being placed upon you.
It is important that when you are initiating that first meeting with a girl you would like to date you should be as polite as possible towards them. The more polite and considerate towards her you then the more likely she is to be won over by you and willing to spend time getting to know you better.
