You do not need to be a health expert to get 6 pack abs. Here are a few tips you can put into practice everyday to get 6 pack abs easily.

1. Avoid the classic 3 big meals and buy smaller plates. Your stomach will digest the food much faster.

2. To avoid calories don't fry your food, boil it!. Always prefer boiled rice over fried rice.

3. If you want to eat fatty food, it is better to do it before 8am. Your body will then have time to burn the extra calories during the day. The earlier you eat, the easier it will be to burn off those extra calories.

4. Do not fall for Junk food and soda!!! Those are the worst food you can eat as your intake of calories will skyrocket!

5. Snack healthy: Instead of snacking on these chocolate biscuits or lollies, snack on cucumber and lemon lime, it's yummy!

6. Never Shop on an Empty Stomach. You will buy too much food.

7. Eat Breakfast - it stops you from compensating later on.

8. Eat Mustard: It is a low-calorie food and it adds taste.

9. Avoid Aspartame - it will make you crave sugars!

10. Think smart: prefer frequency over quantity.Do 5mn every day instead of 50mn just once a week and then nothing.
