iPhone Downloads Don't Have to Break Your Bank
by Erik J. Michaels
Show of hands, who's heard about the iPhone? Ok, I can't see your hands, but I'd guess most of you have. Chances are some of you even own one...lucky ducks. But aren't you forgetting something? Wouldn't that iPhone be a lot cooler with all your favorite music and video downloads on it? And wouldn't it be even better if you didn't have to use the dreaded iTunes?
Not to talk smack about iTunes, but there are some seriously attractive alternate sources for downloads. iTunes isn't exactly what one would consider cheap...I mean, a dollar per SONG? That seems just a LITTLE excessive to me.
I don't have my iPhone yet, but when I get it I'm going to be loading it with music and videos...and I just don't feel like paying 99 cents per song to fill up that 8 gigs worth of space. I mean, when you've spent 20 bucks all have is 20 songs...and as any music lover will tell you, 20 songs gets old pretty fast.
Any kind of mp3 player with iTunes is going to be a very expensive habit, and let's face it. Most of us who are using these things are kids or college students. I'm 19 and going to college, and I don't exactly have 20 bucks to spend every week or so on a fresh round of songs. I mean, the iPhone itself costs 600 dollars! Doesn't leave much in my entertainment budget.
What would you say if I told you I knew a way to get downloads for a whole lot cheaper? What if I told you that iTunes had a hot sister that provided everything iTunes did, but that she wasn't as hungry for your money as iTunes?
Eww, nice job drooling on my shoes. I just bought these things! Now I'll have to take it out of my clothing budget...
Anyways...I wasn't just jerking your chain. There really is a service like iTunes specifically built for iPhone users. It works a lot like Limewire. Also just like Limewire, the downloads themselves are completely free! All you have to pay for is the software itself, which is a one-time payment that guarantees you unlimited downloads for life, and it costs less than it'd take to fill up your iPhone once with iTunes. Oh, and another great thing is that it's decentralized, so you won't get your service cut off because the company got shut down. (cough cough Napster cough).
Aww, man...now you're drooling on my NEW shoes. Cut that out! Go look at this other site on Hubpages...you can get some more info on the site itself, and if you decide that you'd rather save money in the long run rather than just letting the iLeeches gnaw at your bank account for the rest of your natural life, you can get to actual site from there too.
So go visit this site to get some free iPhone downloads. You don't have to keep handing iTunes your money, iPhone downloads aren't hard to find if you know where to look! Click here to get your own unique version of this article.
