I recently spoke with a woman who only wanted to be referred to as Aunt Melba and she gave me her interpretation on how to differentiate the good ways to make money online from the not so good ways to make money online. What's even more amazing is that she has never tried to make money online but she knows good business sense applies to all businesses.
Prior to leaving her long career path back in the early 2000s Aunt Melba was a top creator and one of the sharpest minds in the marketing and advertising industry for many years. Over that time she oversaw the creation and implementation of top notch ad campaigns that sold everything from Happy Meals to cosmetics. Now she sees people making money online and says it is actually what she did for a company through radio and T.V. spots.
With the advent of the internet marketplace more people have taken to the web to make their fortunes-and with hopeful minds come opportunistic crooks. Aunt Melba and I both agree that there may be more people trying to trick other people into thinking the can make money online than there are legitimate ways to actually do it.
The mere mention of making easy or fast money online causes Aunt Melba to chuckle a little. She says that people used to say the same thing about her job years ago. If it's really that easy and fast- how come everybody on the planet isn't on to it?
She says that there is no such thing as easy and fast, or if it is, it's probably a scam or blown smoke because real people making money online bust their humps behind the scenes to make it look easy and fast or they pay others to bust their humps. Who knows how many countless hours are spent to maintain an air of simplicity?
We talked a little about people who think they can make money online doing surveys. I told her that I had some experience working with a couple of companies but it never panned out- most of the time you would take a survey and be compensated with points or gift certificates. At hearing me say I had done this several times she jokingly called me insane.
She said that it made no sense to do the same things over and over again if you're not making any progress. Aunt Melba pointed out that there were three things that could definitely make money online-if you stay consistent and be patient for your rewards.
These incredible 3 factors are: Systematic Strategy-Goal Set and Chase-Doing Work
Systems consisted of finding an online business opportunity that was systematically setup to help you succeed. One that offered you proven tools that would make and keep you successful.
You should set goals with your words and chase them with your actions.
Everyday Action means that you should be doing something to propel your online money making venture every single day. Having an online business and making money online does mean freedom but it doesn't mean laziness. While you're neglecting your online business, there are thousands of people who are getting ahead of you that much faster.
Finally, you have to have a reason that drives you to be successful making money online and ironically enough it can't be to make money. It has to go deeper than that to be something like to obtain financial freedom for yourself and your family. If you are truly looking for the perfect way to make money online, be very, very sure you are doing it for the right reasons.
