A lot of the lingerie manufacturers are now expanding their lines into the vinyl lingerie marketplace. This new market has expanded globally through specialty stores and many lingerie stores both in the catalog industry and online.
I'm sure you have bought lingerie for yourself at some point or you have receieved it as a gift. Not unlike clothing, there are a lot of different type and styles of vinyl lingerie. The selection available today is only outnumbered by the different price tags associated with this type of lingerie. Up until just the last few years vinyl lingerie was predominantly sold through non-specialty stores or a few specialty online stores.
PVC and vinyl clothing and lingerie is made from a rubbery material that tends to stick together. This is especially true if the clothing or lingerie is worn when its warm. Vinyl and pvc clothing can be folded but it is best to treat it with a thing coat of talcum or start to make sure they don't stick together. Typically vinyl clothing is made in either red or black but more recently it is available in almost any color.

When you think of vinyl lingerie most people think of tops, panties, bras etc.. but with the ever expanding line of products made by the specialty manufacturers you can now get such types of clothing as dress, skirts, corsets, fetishwear, pants and even shoes made of vinyl. Usually you can find a full line of vinyl clothing at online specialty shops and a few specialty leather and vinyl storefront shops.
Clothes made out of this kind of material look better when they are figure-hugging so make sure that you know what size you need when ordering vinyl lingerie as lingerie often cannot be returned.
Vinyl lingerie and basically any type of vinyl clothing needs some special care. You can wash these items but be careful with washing detergents containing bleach and always follow the washing instructions that come with the garment. Make sure to keep pets and sharp items away from vinyl clothing as it scratches and damages easily. It is impossible to repair vinyl clothing without leaving a mark.
Be daring and go shopping for some vinyl lingerie and add an element of surprise to your wardrobe. If you are prepared to take good care of these garments you will be able to wear them for many years to come as vinyl is a strong material and will keep looking good if you know how to take care of it.
