There is no reason you should need to sell your products and servicese the rest of your life, especially if you have already proven you are very good at it.

You should be able to start training others to sell. The proof if you are ready is if others learn to sell and make money from your teachings.

Having sold a lot of services and products over a signifcant amount of time, you would do better to train others instead of continuing to be a one person show.

Of course, no one should be training other salespeople until you have proven yourself to be a good salesperson. Other salespeople will not respect your nor learn from you.

But there is no reason that you must sell for the rest of your life. If you have proven it to yourself that you can sell, and have enough credibility to talk to your salespeople so they know you know how, then you are much smarter to train others to sell so you can multiply yourself.

It is important that you continue to improve yourself and how to best teach your salespeople and provide the best techniques and tools for them.

After all, you really are still a salesperson, except now you are selling yourself, your services, your products, and your sales methods to your salespeople.
