Keys of healthy aging

Some people have a very strong wish to hold onto their youthfulness and they will go to any lengths to do so, even to surgery. But for most of us, ok so we get old lets try and do it gracefully
For those of us who want to do it gracefully we must remember that they are three keys to healthy aging. This means upholding a physical appearance and being able to walk, dance or whatever, but it is also very important to keep a strong financial, mental and social wellness.
There are many things to think about with the financial side of retirement and it is important because the last thing you want to do is suffer financially later in life. That means you should consider the cost of retirement and plan for it, Or see what help there is.
Volunteering, travelling or simply going out for a meal now and again helps tremendously, because social wellness and companionship is very important for healthy aging. Having friends and seeing other people is actually documented to keep us young and help us live happier and healthy lives.
You best be alert to your mental state because it is so important to you staying healthy as you get older. Do something with your brain on a daily basis, crosswords, sudoko, or whatever.
Healthy aging is living longer with your health intact. It has been shown that eating a healthy diet does slow down and sometimes prevent many of the age-related conditions and diseases.
To help stay young, you need to stay active, eat healthy foods, drink plenty of water, get enough sleep, and avoid the things that everyone knows is bad for you like smoking and excess drinking.
Further than that, there are some specific foods and drinks that can help decrease aging signs and increase your health.
