If you don't prospect for new blood you will not grow. You'll get lucky and sign up a couple people. But if you plan on greatness you most learn how to prospect and do it.
you go in to win always, but don't give up if you get a bloody nose. It's only the first round of a very long fight.
Remember, this is a people business and if people are involved their tends to be a great deal of emotions that swirl around anticipation, unmet expectations, discouragements and letdowns.
As long as you recognise that about all people do not do what they say they are going to do, you can stay impersonal and instead of listening to what everyone says they're going to do, you observe and see which ones Actually keep their word and do it.
Your task is to simply lead people to a commitment and let them to do the rest. Do not prejudge anybody but at the same time, do not let people waste your time. Give everybody a shot at the title, but do not be surprised that just about all of them won't even step into the Arena.
Remember, while you're prospecting or sorting through people, you're searching for those who know that right now is the right time for them to be starting a Xango home based business. So, don't be bound to the outcome of each call. Be attached to the process of sorting, asking good questions and listening below the surface.
This way, instead of being attached to a "yes" or a "no", you can stay in flow and know that their are millions of additional people out there you can talk with, who may be ready when you call them.
Get good at what you do. Start out from the position that you'll get another 1,000 at bats. It's just one person.
Run from lack mentality and into prosperity and abundance. There's plenty more people to talk to.
