A lady asked her oncologist if it was all right to give her a superfood called "Blue Green Algae" to her daughter who was in advanced stages of brain cancer.
Her doctor said that it wasn't a problem and that many of his patients had used this supplement, fighting cancer, with great success.
Of course, it puzzled her that he didn't tell her about this product when they first consulted him. He explained that, unfortunately, he couldn't tell her about any "natural or alternative health therapies" like this Blue Green Algae and stuy in work.His Insurance banned such "Unproven" suggestions. he could also get into administrative trouble by recommending natural,non-drug treatments for cancer.
The drug industry doesn't look favourably on natural supplements or other cancer fighting treatments as they cannot patent them to make high profits. He is controlled by this medical industry that makes mega money from expensive cancer fighting drugs and treatments.
Chemotherapy and other treatments damage cells and lower down and weaken the immune system. But the problem in the first place is that your immune system is already weak, and that your cells are already damaged.
Unless it is supported by supplements and diet to help it recover, the immune system will be in worse shape then ever. These treatments will have damaged other cells, even if tumours do go into remission, which are more likely to turn cancerous.
Cancer may develop over many years the first time around. Unfortunately, it may only take a few years the secondtime.
Fifty years from now we will probably regard the conventional way we are being treated for cancer in the same way as we regard the old practice of using leeches to cure all illnesses.
Doctors stick to what they know - just as we all do, it is human nature. They prescribe costly and illogical treatments for cancer that they know, not "Unproven" safe, healthy and sensible treatments.
You think they will do the best they can for you. They do - within limits - that are set down by others. You get what they Know. What the system promotes, teaches them and allows them to do.
