3. Must Actually Be A Work From Home Business: It should be genuinely "workable" from home - You have chosen to work from home so no offices or outside premises should be needed. Time to pocket the rent and the other expenses you've saved!
4. Home Base Businesses Are Best Run By The Home Owner: Sounds obvious but it's too easily forgotten. We're talking work from home businesses here so do you want some stranger invading your home? No. So forget paying wages to somebody else. At the most you should be involving yourself and your family members. No hiring; no firing. Too much trouble which you really don't need.

Forgive me if I'm wrong but the whole point of embarking on the whole work from home thing is to allow you time to enjoy your life and your family - even if you see it as a full-time commitment. Would 15 minutes a day suit you?
