Most people walk up to a bar and order, and then walk away. However, some love to talk with the bartender, and unless you are open to any type of conversation, you may find this type of social interaction too much for you.
You don’t have to go to bartender school to be good at it, of course, and you don’t need it to find a job as a bartender. However, if you have this type of course under your belt, you may be able to get into bars that have a higher earning potential. You can look around online to see if there is a bartender school near you, and you may even find one you can do from home, though I am not entirely sure online classes exist. However, you will find all the information you need about cost and what to expect. This may help you decide if this is something you really want to do after all.
