If the child care statistics are correct and approximately 12 million children are being nurtured and cared for outside of the home by individuals other than their parents, for over thirty-six hours a week, it is fundamental that those relationships be positive.
Quality national and state programs have been created and implemented in to governmental agencies to insure that the licensed child care facilities provide structured training opportunities to their employees.
With quality training and educational programs, the goal is to create learning facilities that are beneficial to the employees and children alike. Providing age appropriate educational classes to daycare employees gives them each the age appropriate skills when working with the children.
