For the longest time I avoided a shopping mall. Money was tight for us and I knew that most of the items at the mall costs more than I had spent. Perhaps this is why for the longest time I did not like to go shopping for clothing. Most of the clothing that I love is the kind that you find at the shopping mall. I don’t care how much money you can save by shopping at a store or like Wal-Mart, there is no way in the world I want to buy clothing there. When I finally went back to the mall, I found that perhaps there were more bargains there than I had realized.
There is a shopping mall 20 minutes for my home. Though many people might think this is far away, because I live in a rather rural area, I think that it is pretty close. I spend more and more time there now, and I love to take my daughter there. I do not want her to become addicted to shopping malls, but I don’t want her to be afraid of them as I was for a long time. I found that I can get the clothing I want at a decent price, as long as they take my time in search for what I am looking for. The shopping mall was not as expensive as I thought it was all those years ago.
The great thing about are shopping mall is that it has a full-size cinema. I know that this is pretty common in shopping malls, but many of the ones in 100 mile radius of my home do not have a cinema. We often go there to see movies, and they always seem to have exactly what we want. Shopping malls are notoriously full of teenagers, and ours is no exception. However, because our population is so low, and are mall is so large, the teenagers aren’t as big a problem as they could be.
Perhaps the best thing about shopping malls is a selection. I have friends from Australia who come over here a few times a year. They told me that they were fascinated with are shopping malls, and would spend their free days roaming around inside them. Though they have things like shopping malls in Australia, they say they are nothing like the ones we have over here. You could spend all day in a mall and never run out of things to do or things to buy. Perhaps this is why they are so popular and so profitable. You can get everything you want under one roof, and not having to drive around as much saves you a lot of time. Perhaps that is worth the extra costs associated with shopping malls.
