Like a big portion of the rest of the world I survive on coffee. I drink several cups every day and have a kitchen which is fully stocked with various flavors of caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee. I have coffee mugs galore and even my own personal supply of stirrers. I consider myself to be more of a coffee addict than an aficionado and because all I care about is whether or not it tastes good.
The focal piece of my coffee addiction is definitely my beloved black and decker coffee maker. This bad boy has a stainless steel outer shell, you programmable digital clock, and two travel mugs that you can brew coffee directly into. The black and decker coffee mugs themselves are probably worth about $40. They are made out of stainless steel and come with a black rubber grip and spill-proof lid. I use them every day and absolutely love them.
One of my favorite features of the black and decker coffee maker is deep pot itself. It is made out of stainless steel and is very well insulated. There is no warming plate so you do not have to worry if you leave the coffee maker on. There is no possible way to start a fire with his coffee maker even if you left it on for days. When I am on a major caffeine buzz and running around the house were running out to do errands, I often leave the coffee maker on. With the black and decker coffee maker I do not have to worry about doing so.
Another wonderful feature of the black and decker coffee maker are the programmable settings. Like many coffee makers, you can program it to brew at a specific time. The display will indicate what time it is and whether or not you have programmed it to brew at a specific time. There is a red indicator light that tells you when it is brewing that will shut off when the brewing process is complete.
I mentioned earlier that you can brew coffee directly into the travel mugs. There is nothing special that you have to do for this to happen. You simply place one or both of the travel mugs underneath the brew basket and the coffee goes directly into the mugs. I have had a lot of coffee makers in my life but I have to say that the black and decker coffee maker is by far the best one yet. It is extremely user-friendly and durable and I highly recommend it.
